Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of terms
By booking, paying for, or joining a tour or activity offered by Falmouth Mystic Lagoon Tours you agree to these terms. If you are booking on behalf of others you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for every guest in your party.
2. Bookings, payments, and pricing
- • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- • Prices and available options are shown at checkout and may change at any time before payment is completed.
- • Card processing is handled by a trusted payment provider. Additional bank fees or currency conversion may be applied by your bank.
- • You are responsible for providing accurate contact details so we can send confirmations and updates.
3. Cancellation and changes
- • You can cancel at least 24 hours before the start time for a full refund.
- • Cancellations less than 24 hours before the start time or no arrival are not refundable.
- • To change a booking please contact our team. Changes are subject to availability and may require a fare difference.
4. Weather and natural conditions
- • Tours operate when conditions are safe. If we must cancel due to weather or unsafe marine conditions you will be offered a new date or a refund.
- • The glow in the lagoon is a natural event and brightness varies with weather, water temperature, and moon phase. Visibility is not guaranteed and a low glow alone is not a reason for a refund.
5. Arrival, transport, and check in
- • Please arrive at least 20 minutes before departure for check in and safety briefing.
- • If your booking includes pickup you must be ready at the stated time and location. Delays may shorten your experience.
6. Safety rules and participation
- • Guests must follow crew instructions at all times. Life vests and other safety gear must be used when directed.
- • We may refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or behaves in a way that creates a safety risk. No refund will be due in that case.
- • Guests with medical conditions or reduced mobility should contact us before booking to confirm suitability.
- • Parents and guardians are responsible for minors in their party.
7. Personal property
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items brought on site or on board. Please use dry bags for phones and cameras.
8. Photos and media
We may capture photos or video during tours for memories and promotion. If you prefer not to appear please tell a crew member before boarding and we will respect your preference.
9. Environmental care
Help us protect the lagoon. Do not litter or remove marine life. Use reef safe products where possible.
10. Privacy and data
We collect only what we need to process your booking and operate the tour. We handle personal data in line with the Jamaican Data Protection Act. For details see our Privacy Policy. You can contact us to access or correct your information.
11. Liability and risk
Marine activities involve inherent risks. By joining the tour you accept these risks and agree that, to the extent allowed by Jamaican law, Falmouth Mystic Lagoon Tours and its staff are not liable for injury, loss, or damage that arises from risks that are ordinary to this activity when we have acted with reasonable care.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies is the one in effect on the date of your booking.
